GENERAL INFORMATION
4th Annual Gainesville 3v3 Challenge Halloween Spooktacular
Oct. 29/30 2005, at Kanapaha Park, Gainesville, Florida, USA
(Early Entry deadline Oct. 19 , 2005)
WHO: for BOYS and GIRLS teams from U6 through U19, and Adults
There will be 2 divisions (REC and COMP) for U09 thru U19 where there are enough entries to support them. There will be one division (REC) for each U6 to U8.
ENTRY FEE: $150, ($10 discount before Oct 19 ). Pay online with credit card or mail check payable to "Challenge Sports", attn: Gainesville 3v3, 2440 Michigan St., Melbourne, FL 32904
HOW: Teams may carry up to 6 players on their roster. Each team must submit proof of age for each player (copy of birth certificate or FYSA player pass, driver's license) . Medical release forms are recommended but not mandatory for players under age 18. A player may play for one team only during the tournament.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Applications will be taken by mail, online, email or fax. Teams will not be eligible for "acceptance" to this tournament until the registration fee has been received.
HOTEL ARRANGEMENTS
Special room rates have been arranged at a number of local hotels. The Hotel List and Map are posted on the web. Each team is responsible for making its own reservations and payment arrangements. We encourage you to stay at our Official Tournament Hotels which support the Challenge.
REGISTRATION
Registration/Credentials Check will be held Friday evening 6-7pm and at half time at the University of Florida Women's Soccer Match at James G. Pressly Stadium - Directions Game starts at 7pm UF Lady Gators vs South Carolina. Lady Gators will be signing autographs & posters after the game.

SANCTIONING
This tournament is not an FYSA or USYSA event and participants are not restricted by FYSA/USYSA rules and regulations or covered by FYSA/USYSA supplemental Insurance.
