3V3 Challenge Tournaments - General Information
WHO: YOUTH DIVISIONS: BOYS teams U6 through U18 and GIRLS teams U6 through U18. ADULT DIVISIONS: MEN (OPEN, OVER 30, COED) and WOMEN (OPEN, OVER 30, COED) There will be 2 divisions (REC and COMP) for U9 thru Adult where there are enough entries to support them.
COMP or REC? Teams with 1 or more players who have played on a full sided competitive team anytime during the last 12 months will be classified as Comp teams . Teams with no players who have played on a full sided competitive team may be considered as part of the Rec Division. click for more details on Comp or Rec.
ENTRY FEE: $185 ($155 for teams applying 9 days before the event or earlier) .
HOW: Teams may carry up to 6 players on their roster. (5 players recommended) Each team must submit proof of age for each player (such as copy of birth certificate, FYSA player pass, drivers license, etc.) . A player may play for one team only during the tournament.
2008 - 2009 AGE DIVISION BIRTH DATES The age division of a team in the tournament, will be the age of the oldest player on the team's Roster.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE Applications with payment will be taken by mail, online, email or fax. Payment may be made with credit card or check payable to "Challenge Sports", and mailed to Challenge Sports, 2440 Michigan St., Melbourne, FL 32904. Accepted teams will be posted on the web site www.challengesports.com . Teams will not be eligible for "acceptance" to this tournament until the registration fee has been received.

AWARDS: Individual awards for 1st, 2nd & 3rd place, plus all U10 and younger get individual awards.
HOTEL ARRANGEMENTS Special room rates have been arranged at a number of local hotels. The Hotel List and Map are posted on the web. Each team is responsible for making its own reservations and payment arrangements. We encourage you to stay at our Official Tournament Hotels which support the Challenge.
SANCTIONING This tournament is not an FYSA or USYSA event and participants are not restricted by FYSA/USYSA rules and regulations. Participants are not covered by FYSA/USYSA supplemental Insurance.
