HOW:  Applications will be taken by mail, online, email or fax.    Teams will not be eligible for "acceptance" to this tournament until the registration fee has been received.  Entry fees received after the early entry deadline date must include the late fee, no exceptions.  Any team not accepted will receive a refund. Any team which withdraws after the application deadline will not be eligible for a refund.   Each team (TEAM CONTACT) will receive all the necessary forms by email and internet.



$390 for U9 & U10 - play 6 a side

$470 for U11 & U12 - play 8 a side 

$560 for U13 to U16 - play 11 a side

$600 for U17 to U19 - play 11 a side

Teams entering after the Deadline Date Aug 11, must include a $60 late fee with their entry fee.

 Each team is guaranteed a minimum of 3 games.   A typical schedule will include - three qualifying games the first 2 days, with semifinals and finals on the 3rd day.

U17 to U19 teams play 11 a side, and may carry up to 22 players on their roster.

U13 to U16 teams play 11 a side, and may carry up to 18 players on their roster.

U11 and U12 teams play  8 a side and may carry up to 14 players on roster

U9 and U10 teams play 6 a side, and may carry up to 12 players.

Up to 5 guest players will be allowed.  Each team is guaranteed a minimum of 3 games.


Teams, Players and Coaches must be in good standing and registered with their State or National Association.  Players and Coaches must have CURRENT, VALID, VERIFIED PASSES.  Proper travel procedures must be followed.  See Forms & Information   During the tournament, a player may play for one team only.

The tournament, with the help of Avanti Travel, has arranged for special room rates at a number of local hotels. A mandatory credentials check will be held on Friday evening at Host Hotel Doubletree Guest Suites Melbourne Beach .   Each team must have a representative at this check-in
